2. Book in Health Engine
– New patient, Agree, New phone
– choose Dr or NP Guest, your Name
– mobile, email, address, dob, Medicare
3.Health Engine email
– confirms appointment
– medicines, risks to consent
– Alternative provide GP letter of support with condition + medicines
– or Medical Summary for review of risks
Internationals need Individual Health Identifier for escripts
– Add IHI to new patient form
– or Apply for IHI number online
You need your passport with a valid Australian visa or Australian driver’s licence

- Select ‘Linked services’ in the menu
- Select ‘Individual Healthcare Identifiers service’ from list
- Follow the steps to apply

– Next Review 2-4 months when scripts finished
